A TMDL Implementation Plan (I-Plan) provides a road map for area governments, individuals, community groups, and business and industry to meet water quality standards. This I-Plan project will involve the participation of a wide group of local stakeholders in developing strategies to restore and maintain water quality in Upper Oyster Creek.

The Annual Report on progress toward the goals of the Implementation Plan for Upper Oyster Creek is available for review. The Plan documents the current water quality of the creek, the status of some pollutant sources, and most importantly the activities and progress of the local stakeholders in implementing solutions.
