A TMDL Implementation Plan (I-Plan) provides a road map for area governments, individuals, community groups, and business and industry to meet water quality standards. This I-Plan project will involve the participation of a wide group of local stakeholders in developing strategies to restore and maintain water quality in Upper Oyster Creek.
|Public Meeting to Discuss Implementation|
On Tuesday, April 8, H-GAC and TCEQ will be hosting a meeting to update stakeholders on the progress of the I-Plan and plan for implementation activities in 2014/2015.
The meeting will be held from 1:30-3:30 in the Cane Room of the City of Sugar Land City Hall, 2700 Town Center Boulevard North, Sugar Land, Texas.
Staff will review the project background, current water quality status, implementation activities already underway, and roles and responsibilities for new implementation efforts. This is an important meeting for the future of the I-Plan, so we look forward to seeing you there. Please direct any questions to Justin Bower at 713-499-6653 or by email at email@example.com.
