A TMDL Implementation Plan (I-Plan) provides a road map for area governments, individuals, community groups, and business and industry to meet water quality standards. This I-Plan project will involve the participation of a wide group of local stakeholders in developing strategies to restore and maintain water quality in Upper Oyster Creek.
